Brian is a Principal Consultant at Capco, with over 15 years of financial services experience in capital markets, investment management and investor services. Brian has proven successful in building and managing senior management relationships in advisory, investor and execution roles.
Brian has been with Capco for 6 years including as a senior analyst on several strategy projects that delivered quantitative & qualitative analysis and recommendations directly to the respective client CEOs. For the last 4+ years at Capco, Brian was engaged at a top 10 global bank supporting the Investor Services’ Chief Technology Officer & his directs on multiple projects including managing the divestiture of its US transfer agency business, development of a business analytics dashboard, and PMO for technology convergence initiative covering nine programs of work.
Prior to Capco, Brian provided research and financial analysis for several private equity firms including analysis and stress tests of bank balance sheets. Brian has significant experience at two hedge funds as an equity analyst interviewing senior execs, researching industry trends and building financial models to make buy/sell investment decisions. Prior to business school, Brian advised and counselled CFOs and investor relations teams at leading Fortune 500 publicly-traded healthcare companies in most aspects of capital markets activity. These efforts include designing and executing investor relation board-level presentations and reports including critical company business decisions and disclosures such as M&A, dividend policy, stock splits and repurchases and institutional ownership.
Brian holds an MBA from Emory University and a BA in Public Policy from Hamilton College.
Project McKinley Divestiture
The purpose of the project is for the Client to divest its US Transfer Agency business to SunGard commencing with the TSA period
on April 1st. The Client will be divesting its control of people, process & technology platform.
